Who is responsible

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional organisation name, chosen subject and message. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking of any kind on this site.

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why, and on what basis

Contact details are used solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Your details are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to our own mailbox, sent through our own mail server. The message is not stored in a database on this website, and it does not pass through a third-party form service.

The website is self-hosted on our own server. The web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting, and these are rotated on a rolling basis.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the business relationship or the realistic possibility of one lasts, and deleted after that. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for the period Dutch law requires for business administration.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time — by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
